
Furikake is the salt and pepper of Japan. It is a dry Japanese seasoning typically sprinkled on top of cooked rice, noodles, vegetables, and fish.
It contains roasted peanuts, nigella seeds, sesame seeds, soft brown sugar, sea salt, togarashi (chilli pepper, orange peel, black sesame seed, seaweed, white sesame seed, Japanese pepper and ginger) and laver (sleabhac).
