This chorizo is made from locally reared Northern Irish pork, seasoned with a blend of hot and sweet smoked paprika certified from the Pimenton De la Vera region of Spain
It has been cured, fermented and air-dried to create a flavoursome addition to any dish. Each mouthful has a lovely sweetness from the Dulce paprika ending with a "gentle tickle on the back of the throat from the hot Pimenton, an outstanding chorizo"
