‘Nduja is a soft italian style spreadable salami. It’s spicy and peppery, but has a smokey sweetness. Its choked full of Calabrian chilli peppers, smoked paprika, black pepper and subtle hints of garlic.
This is the “must have” product at the minute. Use it on pizzas and flatbreads, stir it through a risotto or make the ultimate grill cheese sandwich.
