
Award-winning syrups and cordials made using fresh ingredients foraged from their bio/eco farm near Peatland’s Park in Dungannon. The syrups are sweetened using low GI Irish or Finnish birch tree extract, proven to provide a pleasant sweet taste. These extracts contain much fewer calories and, more importantly, have a neutral impact on blood sugar levels. Alternatively, they use raw, natural honey (where bees are fed with their own honey).
This range of syrups and cordials are great for diluting in water, hot tea, smoothies, summer cocktails and drinks or drizzling over yoghurt, fresh or poached fruit. Try adding them to vinegar and oil to create your own salad dressings.
