Moroccan-spiced cottage pie - Cottage pie, slow-cooked in red wine, adding dried apricots and  Ras el Hanout, then covered with roasted butternut squash and mashed potato and garnished with Za'atar as a topping.

Slow cooked Beef Ragu Lasagne With Cavolo Nero - rustic and comforting, a tasty rich beef chorizo lasagne with the healthy greens touch of Swiss chard

Rose Harissa Spicy Mushroom Lasagne - Delicious veggie spicy Rose Harissa mushroom lasagne, layered with egg pasta and topped with béchamel sauce



Mushrooms (25%), rose harissa (3%) (Rehydrated Paprika and Red Chilli Peppers, Sunflower Oil, Garlic, Salt, Mixed Spices, Rose Petals. Cooking instructions:  

Heat oven to 200°C/180°C fan gas mark 7, Remove the film but leave the dish in its wooden tray. Sit the dish on a baking tray, Cook in the middle of the oven for about 35 minutes-or until golden brown on top. Do not microwave.

Storage: Keep in a fridge below 5°C. It's at its best when cooked from fresh. If you freeze it, do so before the use by date, eat within one month and defrost fully before cooking. 

Beef provenance:

The beef  is either of Limousin, Charolais or Aberdeen Angus and is sourced from Islandmagee, Co Antrim or from Maghera. (from McKees butchers farm)
